• Buy Canadian – This means more than you think.  I bought something online in the USA and after a week of waiting for it to arrive I found out it was “out of stock” and my money would be refunded in about three to five days.  Not only did they take my money for something they didn’t have, but they refunded my money when the exchange rate had changed and I lost almost $10 just on the exchange of my currency.  So it cost me $10 and two weeks of my time to find out that the item I ordered was out of stock.  This won’t happen on SacredKiln.com because we have online only what is in stock and if you’re in Canada you won’t have to worry about the exchange rate either.
• Shipping costs – You pay only the calculated cost of shipping and a fee of $1.50 for handling (shipping materials).  Some online stores may seem less expensive for products but charge up to double for shipping costs.
• Turn Around Time – This is the time it takes from the order being made and when it ships out to you.  Some stores ship infrequently as once a week.  We strive to ship your order within 24 hours.
• SacredKiln.com as you know from the item above, sells only what is in stock.  Everything on our site is in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours.  Many stores drop ship.  What this means is they take your order and your money and then place an order with their supplier to ship the item to you directly.  This means they don’t even see the product before it ships to you and many times the item may not be available immediately for shipping.  You could wait 3-4 weeks before it ships to you.
• PayPal – SacredKiln.com does not ever see your financial information.  Your credit card purchases are dealt with by PayPal and only they have access to this information.  Secure enough for millions of people to use around the world.

I am sorry for being absent so much this past month. It seems like I haven’t had time to post anything since we sold our home and are now moved into our new home. Buying a new build home is sometimes like renovating. Things aren’t finished or done incorrectly so there is a constant parade of trades coming and going trying to get our new home the way we want it.

Unfortunately other things suffer due to our preoccupation and time constraints in getting things done. Having children that now need to be driven to and from school due to cross boundary issues and another with a broken ankle means even less time to do the usual.

I haven’t forgotten you, but I do ask that you remain patient until the dust settles.

I do hope you all had a magickal Beltane and I will try to be more timely by Midsummer.
