About Kemi

Kemi was born Angelo Dicerni in Lachine QC, Canada in 1955.

Went to Bishop Whelan school in Lachine until 1970 when the family moved to Burlington ON.  There he went to Nelson High School followed by Lord Elgin High school (now Robert Bateman High).

Studied Philosophy and Economics at the University of Guelph from 1974-78.

His career started in sales and ended in health care.  The last 20 years spent as an orderly in Ottawa hospitals in areas of surgery, medicine and psychiatry.  The last 6 years at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre.  It was here that he sustained an injury to his neck due to a patient action that left him unable to work more than 2 hours at a time.  After several years of fighting with WSIB and the hosptials general lack of support, he left for early retirement with no pension or income.  Thanks ROHCG.
